• "Takeaway/We/Us/Our" means Curry King;
• "Website" means www.curryking.name;
• "Application" refers to the Curry King mobile application used for placing food orders.

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of all goods by us and will form the basis of the contract between you and us. If you wish to place an order with us, our Website/Application will guide you through the ordering process. Before submitting your order, you will be given the opportunity to review and amend it. Please ensure that you have checked your order and that you have read these Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting it. Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email and/or webpage confirming receipt of your order. This email and/or webpage will only serve as an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will only be formed once we confirm via the medium used for placing the order (SMS, email, or other digital means) that the goods you ordered have been dispatched. Only the goods listed at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

Pricing and Availability

While we strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices on our Website/Application are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will then have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and have already paid, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition and clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Payment

Once the goods have been dispatched and you have received a confirmation email, SMS, or notification via the Website/Application, the payment you made will cover the value of the goods you have purchased as listed.

Delivery Estimates

Times given for collection and delivery are approximate. Curry King cannot provide an exact delivery time but will endeavor to deliver within the approximate delivery time specified when you place your order.

Order Cancellation and Amendments

Once the order has been confirmed and payment has been taken, you will be unable to cancel your order and will not be eligible for a refund. To change or cancel your order, please contact info@curryking.name to resolve your request.
